Warner Edwards Harrington Dry Gin is pure handiwork, from beginning to end of the process. A soft gin made by Warner and friends Ton Sion Edwards in a barn in Harrington, Northamptonshire. ingredients are used in their farms in England and Wales which gives it a unique character with an intense oriental spices smell that comes free with floral hints of lavender and elderberry. Its flavor kicks off with a strong presence of malt quickly followed by a lively acacia blossom and sweet flavor, creamy tones juniper. These run off in a warm aftertaste caused by the influences of ginger in addition to the candied lemon peel. Delicious sparkling with a faint suggestion of saffron. A gin that can be drunk straight or used in a G & T.
