Union 55 is a rum that matures in wooden barrels. The rum is produced in small batches in Barbados. Herbs by hand may be added to the rum, after which it may be withdrawn for a period of 55 days. The rum is called a merging of land and sea. This is reflected in the degree spicy notes, with herbs come used from different continents. degree is reflected also in the salty edge that houses the rum, using seawater from the ancient seabed. This water is pure and has a high mineral content. The well-balanced flavors go to a nice, round finish.
