GlenDronach Peated Portwood is the second peated whiskey that casts the brand, after the regular GlenDronach Peated. The after-ripening of Peated Portswood takes place on port pipes from the Douro Valley. Nose: sweet, strawberry, vanilla, scorched oak and pepper. Taste: very fruity including notes of orange, cranberry and peach. This is supplemented with barley, honey and delicate smoke. Finish: smoky with hints of honey and grass.
