EH Taylor Small Batch is named after Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, a pioneer in the history of the bourbon. Around 1800 Colonel Taylor had several distilleries in possession and he innovated production methods, which are used to today. Nose: caramelized apples, corn and bright butterscotch. Taste: sweet corn rye tones mixed with herbs, like that of cinnamon. Finish: medium, rich in taste and contains creamy vanilla notes.
