Douglas Laing Big Peat is a delicious full 'peated whiskeys. Whiskey renowned names used to create the blend; Caol Ila, Bowmore, Ardbeg and Port Ellen. Nose: peat, chocolate, coffee, cedar, walnuts and almonds. Further shades of cinnamon and oily smoke. Taste: big smoke, fresh grass, peanuts, spices and peat. The finish is quite short with grass and smoke.
