Compass Box The Circle is named after bartending program that John Glazer, founder of the whiskey brand, has been designed to attach to the brand creatives from the beverage industry. This is done through competitions in which participants are challenged to show their skills. The first winner of a competition organized was Rosey Mitchell, bartender of London's Three Sheets. Its price was composing her own blend Compass Box: Compass Box The Circle. Compass Box The Circle consists largely of malt whiskey from Tamdhu, matured in ex-bourbonbarrels. This is complemented by Clynelish matured in sherry butts, a lightly peated malt Orkney aged on charred hogs heads, and a Highland malt with a finish in French oak. The character is characterized by an excellent balance: deliciously fresh with lightly peated influences. Different fruits, malt and vanilla are harmoniously balanced.
