Bulleit 10 years is the same as the regular cereals produced Bulleit bourbon. The youngest whiskey used is 10 years old. Bulleit 10 years is made from a blend of corn, rye and malted barley. Nose: sweet caramel tones with touches of vanilla. With passage of time are citrus, cherry, butterscotch and pepper forward. The taste is reminiscent of a combination of herbs with light touches of wood. Slowly developing flavors of cherry, vanilla and leather. What follows is lots of dark fruit and rye, changing to a relatively dry finish.
